Yes. Our drivers provide door-to-door assistance, helping you safely from your home to the vehicle and from the vehicle to your destination. We’re committed to making every trip comfortable and stress-free.

Do you serve my city?

RideSenior proudly serves communities across United States. Enter your pickup location when requesting a quote or contact our team to confirm service availability in your area.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. However, we also do our best to accommodate same-day and last-minute transportation requests based on availability.

What if my appointment runs longer?

We understand that medical appointments can be unpredictable. Our team monitors your schedule and will adjust your return trip whenever possible. Simply let us know if your appointment is delayed.

How are payments handled?

Payments can be made securely online or through the payment method selected during booking. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees, so you’ll always know the cost before your trip.

Can I bring a caregiver with me?

Yes. A family member or caregiver is welcome to accompany you during your ride. Please let us know during booking so we can ensure there is enough seating available.

How do family notifications work?

With your permission, RideSenior can send automated updates to a designated family member or caregiver when you’re picked up, arrive at your appointment, and safely return home.

Is RideSenior available on weekends?

Yes. RideSenior operates 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends and most holidays, ensuring dependable transportation whenever you need it.
